Clemson Downs has served the Clemson community and residents with quality retirement living, wellness, and health care for over 35 years. Their latest capital improvement campaign focused on expanding their service offerings, providing skilled nursing rooms and a state-of-the-art memory care facility to serve their residents better.

Clemson Downs is unique in that it was built by retiring professors of Clemson University. Clemson, South Carolina, is a unified community that has a lot to offer retirees. Also, Clemson Downs’ broad spectrum of services allows individuals and couples to enter into, and progress along, any level of the aging process. Clemson Down’s “retire in place” offerings and long-standing heritage and ties to the university guided our identity creation.
The logo’s colors are obvious, and overlapping petals of the logo mark represent Clemson Downs’ four pillars of support: independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. The Clemson Downs’ lotus also represents the energy, wellness, and vitality of the community.
In addition to creating the new identity, we provided a comprehensive sales and marketing packet, updated the website, advertising, and built out the brand identity.
Clemson Downs successfully booked all the rooms of their new facility in record time, and the new image we created was instantly embraced by the businesses and community in the region.
